The ambassador said, "It is truly an amazing place, very beautiful, and what is even more impressive is that the artistry from a thousand years ago was so exquisite." Ambassador Kuri added that he deeply understood and loved China and remarked that the Dazu Rock Carvings site is one of the most breathtaking places in the world, just like some places in his country, Mexico.

The ambassador has already recommended the Dazu Rock Carvings to his family, as he believes it is a unique destination worth visiting. The site boasts good air quality, beautiful scenery, delicious food, friendly people, and exquisite stone carvings. He even plans to return to this place with his wife.
The Dazu Rock Carvings, which were built during the early Tang Dynasty and reached their art peak during the Song Dynasty, represents the highest level of stone carving artistry from the 9th to 13th century. UNESCO has praised the site as a "genius artistic masterpiece with extremely high artistic, historical, and scientific value."
The Dazu Rock Carvings are a testament to the infinite vitality of Chinese culture and have become an important site for youth education and popular science in Chongqing. The site is also the only world cultural heritage site in Chongqing.
