Chongqing - In Southwest China, Chongqing hosts many local companies expanding into international markets. A notable example is SWS Hemodialysis Care Co., Ltd., a leader in the blood purification industry.
In an interview, Chairman Gao Guangyong emphasized SWS's industry leadership. Known for its superior equipment performance and functionality, SWS became the top-selling brand in the Chinese market in 2023.
SWS's blood purification equipment and disposables are used by patients with nephrosis, uremia, and multiple organ failure. The company has established six independent hemodialysis centers in Chongqing, including the Kangmei Hemodialysis Center.
Representative Chen Yan said, "Every patient treated at our facilities receives personalized, long-term care that can be adjusted in real-time to ensure their utmost comfort."
Nicole Lee, the International Sales Director, expressed optimism about a projected 50% increase in hemodialysis equipment exports over the next two years. She attributed this growth to the Belt and Road Initiative and the expanding western logistics channels.
Looking ahead, SWS plans to offer a bundled package of disposables and equipment to foster collaborations with overseas manufacturers, foreign agents, and leading medical service institutions.
