Chongqing Wansheng Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreements with Five Cultural and Tourism Entities

On December 31, the Wansheng Culture and Tourism Development Conference was held, during which Wansheng Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereafter referred to as "Wansheng") signed strategic cooperation agreements with five cultural and tourism entities, namely China CYTS Tours Holding, the Homestay, Inn, and Boutique Hotel Branch of China Tourism Association, Chongqing Culture and Tourism Group, Lifang Group, and STG. SHAANXI. The aim is to create a nationally renowned tourist destination collaboratively.

These strategic cooperation agreements cover various areas, including urban tourism development and construction, homestay development, new quality productive forces in culture and tourism, and the creation of a comprehensive tourism industry chain. The goal is to continuously develop high-quality tourism projects, enhance the quality of tourism services, enrich tourism products, and improve the comprehensive tourism industry chain, ultimately working together to achieve the aforementioned aim. 

In recent years, Wansheng has closely followed the national industrial policy trends and adhered to the project-oriented development strategy. It has meticulously carried out cultural and tourism investment attraction work, establishing 31 investment project databases under six categories according to the industrial layout. Moreover, Wansheng has also carefully planned high-quality projects in six key investment promotion areas, namely healthcare and medical aesthetics, industrial tourism, route-based tourism, hotels and homestays, culture and tourism activities, sports events, and performances, and scenic area cooperation. By creating a diverse range of cultural and tourism projects, Wansheng has transitioned its culture and tourism industry from merely attracting resources to forming a closed-loop industrial chain, which provides significant support for regional economic and cultural development.

Looking ahead, Wansheng intends to broaden its horizons and intensify its efforts while joining forces, concentrating resources, and aligning with policies. By firmly targeting the six key investment promotion areas, it will go all out to attract investment, promote investment, and revitalize industries, further building an all-round collaborative network for investment attraction, supplementing, extending, and strengthening the chains around key areas of investment attraction, and enhancing the vitality and effectiveness of investment attraction, thus laying a solid foundation for the vigorous development of Wansheng's cultural and tourism industry.
